GP appointments
Routine appointments
The Manor Surgery GPs are operating on a telephone triage basis. You will be booked in for a phone call initially with the GP by reception who will take the reason for your call and may ask you some questions to triage your concern. Please note that the GP will only attempt to call you twice; if you miss the second call you will be asked to rebook your appointment. If the GP wishes to see you face to face they will arrange this with you on the phone.
For more information on the benefits of telephone triage please click here.
We offer a same day GP appointment service for our patients. These appointments open from 8am and are booked on a first come first served basis via the telephone. We can also pre-book GP appointments up to 5 days in advance, but again these are booked on a first come first served basis.
There are a small number of GP appointments available to book online via the NHS app but these are very limited.
To request a routine telephone call within the next 5 days, please ring reception or visit the surgery and speak to a receptionist.

If you need help when we are closed
If you need medical help when the surgery is closed, use NHS 111 online or call 111.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency.
This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
Medical Emergencies
The Manor Surgery is not an emergency service.
Accident and emergency (A&E) is for serious injuries and life-threatening emergencies.
These are things like heavy bleeding, choking and seizures. Find out more about when to go to A&E.
If you are unable to go to A&E in a medical emergency, you should call 999.
You should only call 999 in a life-threatening emergency.
