Clinics We Offer

Telephone Triage

The Manor Surgery GPs are operating on a telephone triage basis. You will be booked in for a phone call initially with the GP by reception who will take the reason for your call and may ask you some questions to triage your concern. Please note that the GP will only attempt to call you TWICE; if you miss the second call you will be asked to rebook your appointment. If the GP wishes to see you face to face they will arrange this with you on the phone.

We offer a same day GP appointment service for our patients. These are open from 8am and are booked on a first come first served basis via the telephone. We can also prebook GP appointments upto 5 days in advance, but again these are booked on a first come first served basis.

There are a small number of GP appointments available to book online via the NHS app but these are very limited.

Our nurse and phlebotomy appointments are prebookable upto 4 weeks in advance.
